Christina Emmanuel-DeLuna,
LPCMH, MS-MFT, M.Ed
Christina is the founder and CEO of Rising Hope Therapy. She is a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for therapy and the healing it provides. Christina provides counseling services to adolescents, adults and couples. Her focus is assisting clients in changing unhealthy thoughts and patterns to overcome challenges in their lives, while encouraging and empowering clients to make meaningful changes and achieve the goals that they set for themselves.
Our diverse staff is at the heart of what makes Rising Hope Therapy special. We believe that the richness of human experiences deserves to be met with a diverse team of therapists who can relate to and understand the unique challenges faced by different communities. Our therapists and staff come from various backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations and they are committed to creating a safe and affirming space for everyone who seeks our services.

OUR ADMINISTRATION TEAM
Emily Walls
Emily is the Billing Specialist at Rising Hope Therapy, dedicated to ensuring a seamless billing and insurance process for both clients and providers. With extensive experience in medical billing, insurance claims, and financial coordination, she helps clients navigate insurance benefits, process claims efficiently, and address any billing concerns with clarity and care.
Emily understands that dealing with insurance and payments can feel overwhelming, so she strives to provide compassionate and transparent support, making mental health services more accessible. She works closely with clients, therapists, and insurance providers to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all billing matters.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family, exploring new coffee shops and yoga!

Meghan Johnson
Meghan, our Administrative Assistant, brings three years of experience as an office administrator, having worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including substance abuse treatment, medication-assisted therapy, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, youth mentoring, and community outreach. Her diverse background allows her to provide compassionate and efficient support to both clients and staff.
With a strong passion for breaking down barriers to wellness and effective treatment, Meghan has dedicated her career to advocating for accessible mental health care. She actively builds connections with community organizations to ensure that individuals receive the resources and support they need.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys mushroom foraging and foray trips. She also plays a key role in decorating the office alongside the admin team—be sure to check out the interactive client boards next time you visit!

Dante Law
Dante Law has dedicated over 16 years to the mental health field, serving in leadership roles and working in diverse mental and behavioral health settings. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University and a Master’s in Sport Psychology from Capella University. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology with a
specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Western States.
