Hello, my name is Heather Estle, LACMH

Nothing changes , If Nothing changes

A Bit About Me

I am Heather, and my journey in the field of mental health has been a rich tapestry of academic achievements and professional growth. Having earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University, I now proudly hold the esteemed titles of Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health (LACMH) and National Certified Counselor. Currently, I am diligently working towards attaining licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health.

My professional focus centers on the dynamic and critical phase of adolescence and young adulthood. I find immense satisfaction in guiding individuals through the intricate web of challenges unique to this stage of life. My approach to therapy is a nuanced blend of evidence-based modalities, where I seamlessly integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy to tailor my interventions to each individual's unique needs.

Being an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring a deep understanding and sensitivity to the unique struggles individuals may face regarding their identity. Specializing in providing support in this realm, I am committed to fostering an environment where individuals can explore, understand, and embrace their authentic selves.

In the realm of therapy, my commitment goes beyond the conventional. I envision each session as a collaborative journey, a sanctuary for self-discovery where individuals not only find their voice but also learn to orchestrate their own narrative. It's more than just creating a safe space; it's about cultivating an atmosphere of empowerment and resilience. As we navigate the intricate terrain of personal growth, my aim is for each person to emerge not just with newfound strengths, but with an unwavering sense of self, ready to face life's challenges with authenticity, courage, and an emboldened spirit.
