A Bit About Me

Hello, my name is Sharde’ Morris-Tate or ‘Day’ for short.

I am a Master's level pre-licensed therapist with a background in sex education, healthcare, and community health. For over a decade, I worked in the medical field before moving into sex education and youth programming, where I taught STI and pregnancy prevention along with other important topics and supported people in having honest, judgment-free conversations about their bodies and relationships.

I earned my bachelor’s in Health Science and my first master’s in Public Health from Grand Canyon University. I went on to attend Widener University for my second master’s in Social Work, where I’ve continued to connect community, health, and advocacy. I'm on the path to becoming a sex and relationship therapist and am committed to learning and growing in this work.

I work with adults, couples, and relationship structures of all kinds, especially those who are exploring sexuality, connection, and identity. I’m passionate about creating safe spaces for people who often feel overlooked or misunderstood, including sexually marginalized communities. I am sex worker friendly and have earned my Equitable Care Certification, which centers inclusive, affirming care for underserved populations.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in the basics: attachment theory, CBT, motivational interviewing, and deep listening. I’m also trauma-informed and always learning how to better show up for others.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, body image, communication issues, or just figuring things out, I’m here to walk with you one step at a time, at your pace.
