As a new client embarking on your journey with Rising Hope Therapy, we extend a warm welcome. To initiate the process, please click the link below and fill out all information requested.  You will then be able to request an appointment time with the therapist of your choosing.  You will need to put a credit card on file that will not be charged initially.  Credit cards are only utilized if there is a balance on the account that was not paid by the client or their insurance.
