For the past 15 years, I've been dedicated to providing crucial mental health services to individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults. My journey has unfolded in diverse settings, including acute care and extended periods of working with individuals and families facing mental health challenges, dual diagnoses, military issues, suicide prevention, HIV/AIDS, and homelessness.

Throughout my professional experience, a significant part of my focus has been on addressing women's issues. I've honed my skills in understanding and supporting women through their unique mental health journeys. Whether it's navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, post-partum challenges, or the complexities of motherhood, I recognize and prioritize the importance of providing specialized care tailored to women's needs.

In addition to my work in this specialized area, I've developed expertise in family therapy and crisis intervention within the community. My commitment extends to creating a safe and accepting environment, particularly emphasizing my dedication to supporting women of color and mothers. It's my belief that by prioritizing women's mental health, we contribute to the overall well-being of individuals, families, and communities. I specialize in working with individuals aged 18 and older, recognizing the importance of tailored mental health care for adults. In life, it’s not until we’re confronted with our toughest times, that we are able to tap into those personality traits and characteristics that determine who we’re really destined to be.
