Is therapy confidential?

Yes, your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. Information discussed in therapy is kept strictly confidential, with a few exceptions as mandated by law, such as concerns of harm to oneself or others. All of our staff is held to highest standard regarding HIPPA. 

Do you offer virtual & In-person therapy sessions?

Yes, we offer teletherapy services, allowing you to receive therapy from the comfort of your own home or another convenient location In the states line of Delaware. We also offer in-person session hereat our main office in Newark, DE these sessions depends on the availability of the therapist 

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept several insurance plans. Please click here to view the current insurances we accept, If you don't see your insurances don't worry our Admin department can verify if your insurance is accepted and to get information on any co-pays or deductibles.

What if  I  don't  have insurance or my insurance is not accepted?

If you don't have insurance or your insurance is not accepted, we offer affordable self-pay rates. Our Admin team can provide you with the current fees for therapy sessions and offer a Sliding scale. Click here to find out more 

How  do I  choose  the right  therapist  for  my  needs?

We understand the importance of finding the right therapist. You can review our therapist profiles on our website to learn more about their specialties and approaches. If you still feel unsure about your decision, Don't Worry Our Admin Team will guide you and match you with the right therpist for you 

How do I get an appointment ?

To get started, please visit our "Our Team" Here to become familiar with some of our therapists and determine if you have a preference. The next step involves filling out the contact information form, which can be accessed Here , or you can reach us by phone at 302-273-3194 or via email at newclient@risinghopetherapy.com, and we can send you the questionnaire. This questionnaire will include essential questions designed not only to match you with the right clinician but also to find out your insurance coverage, including co-pays, deductibles, and other payment options if you so choose. Once we have collected all this information, we can create a client portal powered by Simple Practice. This portal will grant you access to your therapist's full schedule and secure messaging for direct communication. Additionally, it will provide easy access to all your billing invoices at your fingertips. We're here to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible, and we look forward to assisting you on your therapeutic journey. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance. The Process can take between 24-48 hours to complete once completed it can depend on your therapist availability to book an appointment's, Don't Worry we attempt to work around schedules and we will attempt to make provisions that can fit your schedules and therapy needs. 

How long is each Therapy Session ? 

Each session is a minimum of 45 min , but can be as long as 60 mins. Please prepare and allocate your time accordingly for an hour of your time.  we do not offer consultations at this time, however if you do not feel like your therapist is a match we will find the right one for you. 

What can I Expect From Therapy  ?

We can not guarantee a one-size fits all plan and we can not guarantee all of your problems will ever disappear, but  you can expect to build a rapport with your therapist in your own time to determine the  fit between yourself and your therapist, discuss goals and treatment plans, and along way find a effective long-term progress within yourself and build a bridge to healing.

Do you have Late Fees or Cancellations Fees 

If you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $50.  If you do not show up for an appointment (which is considered a no-show) or cancel within 3 hours of your appointment, you will be billed the rate of the entire session.  This fee will need to be paid in full before your next session.

What does the first session look like?

The initial session will be an assessment to discuss the your  history and needs for treatment.  During this first session you  will have the opportunity to see how therapy will work, review office policies, privacy and confidentiality, as well as determine whether or not they are comfortable with the therapist.
