Individual
There are moments in our lives when we struggle and face challenges and roadblocks. Our therapists are trained and equipped to handle a wide range of individual therapy needs such as anxiety, boundary setting, communication difficulties, child or adolescent challenges, depression, fear, grief & loss, sexuality/gender struggles, and job stress.
Families
Families are extremely unique and made up of individual systems and the overall family system. From our family unit we develop our communication skills, ability to give and receive love, coping skills, expectations and a myriad of other traits. Family problems can lead to future lasting effects. A few problems that may arise within a family are disconnection, anger, grief, substance abuse, divorce, blended families, chronic illness, behavioral issues, etc. Our therapists can help you and your family navigate through the many challenges that can arise amongst the multiple systems within.
Children/
Adolescents
Childhood and adolescence is an important time in an individual's life. It is during this time that they learn and develop a lot of what their adult personality may look like. During this transition there can be a lot of tension between youth and their caretakers. Problems that may arise are sexuality and gender struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral issues, academic issues, low self-esteem and social isolation. Our psychotherapists are well equipped to assist in the prevention of problems or helping a young person process through their emotions and develop healthy and helpful coping skills.
