Good Friends of the First State
This organization helps provide one-time financial assistance to women/girls in need and is run entirely off of donations. They're equipped to send funds directly to the source (ie. medical expenses, debt collectors, utility services, rent/mortgage, etc.) up to one time per calendar year per person applying. The applications do need to be filled out by a case worker, social worker, or therapist (someone licensed in DE.) Application forms can be found on their website!
