A Bit About Me

Keegan Myers is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Delaware who has been practicing since 2018. Keegan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Valley Forge and his Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. Keegan has over 8 years of clinical experience alongside his degrees.

 

Keegan's primary focus is working with family issues, married couples, dating couples, children, and adults who experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, trauma, and relational issues.

 

 Keegan is well-versed in evidence-based treatment practices and utilizes the latest styles of therapy in his practice. He has received training and incorporates a variety of modalities into his treatment, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural Family Therapy (SFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Keegan has also had intense training and schooling in Systems Theory. He works hard to build a strong rapport with his clients to help create, establish, and achieve meaningful goals and to aid clients in creating their best selves.  

 

Keegan is a young African American male who can relate to younger people and provide structure for older people across all ethnic groups. He has years of experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, college students, and married couples. Keegan creates a therapeutic relationship that allows clients to be heard and felt within their sessions. He can help build and bring you to a place where you feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Keegan's goal is to help bring out the best in you and your family! Let's build together!  Outside of work, Keegan enjoys music! He is a pianist, organist, drummer, and music producer! Loves his family, loves God and Jesus, loves football, basketball, baseball, and is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.
