Rising Hope Therapy invites LGBTQ+ individuals to our Expressive Art Group on the second Tuesday each month, where we’ll dive into the topic of anger through artistic expression Facilitator: Leo Ward, LMSW 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm *We meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month.

About the event
Calling all queer individuals! Join our monthly Creative Feeling and Healing group to explore your feelings through expressive arts. Each session focuses on a different topic with activities to physically engage with your emotions. No art skills needed—just come ready to express yourself. Led by Leo Ward, LMSW, who specializes in alternative therapy forms.
Occurs monthly on the second Tuesday from 6pm to 7:30pm. This 18+ group discusses sensitive topics such as trauma and self-harm, aiming to provide a safe space for exploring mental health and offering tools for emotional support. Therapeutic art focuses on progress, not perfection, so join us for fun and healing!
GOOD NEWS! We now accept insurance for groups from most insurance companies, although there may be a co-pay. We won't charge you in advance, we can bill your insurance first.
