A Bit About Me

You may look like you’re holding it all together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break.

I help women of color, Christians, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and relationship challenges so they can find clarity, emotional stability, and deeper connection in their lives and relationships.

I understand the pressure of trying to show up for yourself, your family and your responsibilities while silently struggling. As a Black woman, Christian, wife, and mother, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience into the therapy space, creating an environment where you don’t have to explain your culture, your values, or your pain, you can simply be heard & understood.

My approach is warm, direct, and results-oriented. I use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I am a Certified Grief-Informed Professional. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate faith into the healing process.

Together, we will work to help you regulate your emotions, strengthen your relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping so you can move from surviving to feeling grounded, regulated, and confident.
