Christina
Emmanuel-De Luna,
LPCMH, MS-MFT, M.Ed
Christina Emmanuel-De Luna is one of the co-owners of Rising Hope Therapy. Over the last 12 years, she has worked with families, adolescents, and individuals in many different aspects. She is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH).
La' Shawn J. Waters
LPCMH, NCC
La’Shawn Waters is one of the co-owners of Rising Hope Therapy. In the course of her career, she has counseled individuals, families and couples struggling with many different issues including depression, communication barriers, conflict resolution, anxiety, anger management, marital issues and grief and loss.
Tiffany Williams, MS, MSW, LMSW
Tiffany's has over 10 years direct therapeutic experience working with families, couples and children in various settings such as educational, in home based, partial hospitalization, and residential treatment facilities. Tiffany's approach to therapy is cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness and client centered therapy.
Jote Rayner, LCSW
Jote is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience working with children, teens, adults and families in settings from hospitals to homes. She graduated from Wesley College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and obtained her Masters of Social Work degree from Widener University.
Ayanna Nobles, MS
Ayanna Nobles is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College in Pennsylvania. She received a Master’s of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a Trauma Focus in 2014
Ayanna has also provided treatment via individual sessions and group therapy for adolescents, children, adults, and couples.
Frederick Wing, MSW
Fred is a Masters level therapist who has over 15 years experience working with children, teens, individuals and families in settings from inpatient facilities, schools and also in the community. A graduate of Wilmington University with a degree in psychology, he then obtained his Masters of Social Work from Widener University.
Therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length.
Clients may choose to self-pay for therapy. Therapy session rates are $140 for individual sessions and $160 for couples and family sessions. If a client is facing financial hardship the client may qualify for alternative payment options. Please make your therapist aware if assistance is needed.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $50. If you do not show up for an appointment (which is considered a no-show) or cancel within 3 hours of your appointment, you will be billed a rate of $100 for that session. This fee will need to be paid in full before your next session.
Rates and Information
Insurance Partners
We work directly with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna and Medicaid. Policy holders are responsible for co-payment or deductible fees they may have at each visit.
For clients with other types of coverage, session fees are collected at each visit. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, please call or email our office and provide us with your insurance details.

If we are not an in-network provider with your insurance company, we will give you a receipt at the end of each visit. This receipt may be used to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if the service is a covered benefit.

Tracey Smith,
MS-MHC
Tracey Smith is a Masters level therapist with a Master degree in Mental Health
Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. She is a mother of five beautiful adult children and married to her high school
sweetheart of 38 years.
Leah Handwerk, LCSW

Leah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After graduating from Lycoming College with her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology on the Human Services Track with a double minor in Psychology and Painting, she went on to receive a Masters of Social Work degree from Bryn Mawr College, Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. Leah is trained and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed yoga.
