A Bit About Me

My therapeutic approach can be described as integrative and transpersonal, however, each of my sessions are tailored to your unique personality, experiences, and preferences. I am happy to meet you where you are and to work with you on facilitating self-directed compassion, applying sacred wisdom to your circumstances, and incorporating modalities such as mindfulness and meditation as appropriate. I am sensitive to matters of identity, culture, trauma, abuse, addiction, family dynamics, and vocation or career and I am open to working with individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan. I am a doctoral student and a masters-level clinician in counseling for mental health and wellness, but there is so much more to me than meets the eye. I use my expansive personal, academic, and professional background as an asset to relate well with my diverse clientele and to provide high-quality service to them. My goal is to help all of my clients connect their emotions to their thoughts and actions in light of the goals they have set for themselves. Furthermore, I am motivated to support clients in reframing the sources of their distress. Together, we will use proven tools, techniques, and resources to help you get closer to where you want to be in terms of growth, development, and healing. I look forward to meeting with you in the near future. I specialize in working with clients 9 and up
