A Bit About Me

I am a passionate therapist with experiences at all levels of care and with clients of diverse backgrounds. In 2022, I graduated from the University of Hartford with my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies. I then moved to PA to pursue my Master’s of Social Work and my Master’s of Education at Widener University and I specialized in Human Sexuality Studies in both programs. While at Widener, I received Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education training, Gottman Method trainings for working with couples and relationships, and I was trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I graduated with my MSW and my MEd in 2025 and I have worked at the inpatient, residential, outpatient, and PHP levels of care. I am also currently working towards my LCSW.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, collaborative, and actionable space for individuals, couples, relationships, and groups to navigate life’s challenges while building up their tools and resources. I strive to teach valuable and memorable lifelong skills while providing a supportive space to explore the progress that you would like to make in your life or what makes you feel like you are “stuck.” I use evidence-based modalities, including DBT, CBT-TF, Somatics, and mindfulness-based practices to inform my approach as I tailor it to meet the individual needs of my clients.

My specialties include working with children ages 12+, adolescents/teens, adults, couples, relationships, gender identity, sexuality, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am deeply honored and grateful for the chance to work with people across the lifespan and with a wide range of experiences.

As a queer and trans individual, I know how challenging it can be to find therapeutic experiences that don’t involve having to explain yourself. I aspire to continue to collaborate with clients to create impactful spaces that allow them to move at their own pace, share their unique experiences, and be themselves without fear of judgment or criticism. I believe that everyone has the ability to live the life that they deserve and desire, even if they don’t see it yet, and I am committed to taking that journey with you until you do.

My goal is to make life manageable for you and to support you in using your strengths to the fullest.
