Over the past 10 years, her background consists of working with various demographics,

such as individuals, at-risk youth, families in residential, shelters, foster care, schools,

military, community, and home settings. Tracey has counseled pre-marital/marriage and

divorce. She utilizes integrative therapeutic modalities and settings in individual, family,

and group therapy in combination with Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, Cognitive

Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Client-Centered approaches.

She is trained in Seeking Safety (SS), which is a model that helps individuals struggling

with co-occurring disorders (trauma, substance abuse, etc). Tracey has worked with

clients that have experienced PTSD, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and

anger issues.

Tracey’s belief is that the chief cornerstone of working with individuals and families

collaboratively is to change patterns of thinking and behaviors. In a session, she will

provide you with a professional and safe environment for your needs and overall wellness

while encouraging you to take steps and become “unstuck”.
